The Erly is an American folk rock band from Niles, Michigan, featuring Collin Mattiford (bass/vocals), Trevor McDonald (guitar/vocals), Fran Gleason (drums/vocals), and Simon Kauffman-Hurst (keyboards). The Erly formed in the winter of 2018.
The Erly has released 4 studio albums, including the newest in their catalog, an 11-track Americana rock album called Salem Lights. Featuring each member on lead vocals, it contains narrative-driven lyrics amongst emotional, rootsy playing. Born out of a jam session in Gleason’s basement, Salem Lights evolved into a completed body of work. Produced by Paul Bennett, the band describes the album as, “No metronome, all the microphone bleed you can get, and the true sound of The Erly working together in their natural state.”
Though this album finds The Erly at their most relaxed, they are no strangers to creating a high-octane, jam-adjacent live performance. They have performed at concert halls, bars, and festivals across the US and have played with artists such as Sixpence None The Richer, Cracker, MAX, Joe Marcinek Band, and Miles Nielson and The Rusted Hearts. The Erly has been featured in Grateful Web, Earmilk, The Globe, and many more!

Playing an amorphous variety of folk-rock that incorporates elements of indie, funk, gospel, etc., Joe Baughman + The Righteous Few (JB+RF) is an ensemble of musician-friends led by singer-songwriter and filmmaker Joe Baughman. Equally influenced by the sacred and profane, JB+RF’s music takes color from daily Middle American existence, personal sadsackery, religious imagery, and Joe’s experience as a freelance artist.

SCR crafts their songs with a unique approach using banjo, saxophone, lush harmonies and an intuitive rhythm section. The songs – and the band – tell a story.
***THIS SHOW IS IN THE THEATER, WHICH IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR & ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS. We would love nothing more than to be able to welcome every human into the theater and are working really hard to have an elevator built in the near future.***
